GUIDED FOREST THERAPY WALK - PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS ONLY September 29, 2026 - 9:00-10:30am $20 per person This event is just for you: the caregivers. In order to have the deep capacity to care for others, we must also take time to replenish the well. This time is set aside for you to reconnect to the peace and restoration of the natural world. Immerse yourself in nature by joining our certified forest therapy guide for a morning of autumnal mindfulness in our butterfly garden. We will cap off the event with freshly brewed, locally foraged tea.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to each session. Classes will only be refunded for program cancellations or extenuating family circumstances.
