Lisa Gaynor

Lisa holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Triton College, a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree from Northwestern University. For four years prior to joining Little Explorers Forest Day Camp, Lisa was an integral part of the teaching team as a lead teacher and an assistant for the Morton Arboretum’s Little Trees nine-month nature based early learning program.

When not playing in nature with children, Lisa can be found baking in her kitchen, outside in her garden creating beautiful combinations of flowers and colors, behind her camera taking nature photographs, searching for a new bird, fishing with her three children or taking a long bike ride or walk.

Lisa is the Enrichment Program Coordinator and Lead Educator for the 2-day session.
