About the Role
Our volunteers assist our educators by providing extra hands and eyes to ensure our Little Explorers are safe and cared for. Interacting and guiding children will not only be required but will be enjoyed as you watch their smiling faces wave goodbye after a joyful half-day of learning.
Requirements
A growth mindset and love for child led exploration.
A love for exploring the natural world in all kinds of weather.
An understanding that children are naturally motivated and competent beings with unique and individual backgrounds and knowledge that add to the learning community.
About the Program
Join our vibrant community and get in on the ground floor to help shape an innovative program at the lush Camp Greene Wood in Naperville.
Our curriculum is child-centered through organic discovery and emergent interest. Utilize your own creativity to pursue ideas and themes while engaging in play.
Outdoor play is not only good for the children, it’s good for you too! So splash in puddles, sculpt with mud, or build forts with snow. The choice is yours!
